Restaurant design is a specialty and a passion at Schoos. Having designed some of the most remarkable and successful restaurants in the U.S. and Asia, we see each new space as an opportunity to bring taste, insight, drama and fun to a particular environment and a particular audience. Inspiration is drawn from local as well as world cultures to create a unique fusion that "works" for both the chef and the patron.
And while wildly imaginative and striking, Schoos restaurant designs are also practical due to our experience as owners and operators of our own restaurants.
